Sheet metal fabrication is our bread and butter. We work with many different types of metal, small to large part sizes, and simple to complex part shapes. Our production team will find the most efficient way to manufacture your product. Contact our sales team to find out how we can take your project to the next level.

Laser Cutting

If you can draw it, we can cut it on our laser cutting machines. This versatile technique eliminates the need for tooling and a long setup time.

  • Material thickness: .016” to .500”

  • Part size: 60” x 144” maximum

  • Normal tolerances: +/- .003”

CNC Turret Punching/Forming

This production process has the flexibility of a laser but with great production output. Most stamping features are done with this versatile cutting/forming process. Louvers, countersinks, thread forming, and half-shear are just a few of the typical forming features.

  • Material thickness: .020” to .125”

  • Part size: 50” x 50” maximum

  • Normal tolerance: +/-.005”

CNC Press Bracke Bending/Forming

Our CNC press brake is capable of taking your 3D file and programs all the necessary steps. This eliminates all possible human error and minimizes setup time.

  • Material thickness: .016” to .250”

  • Part length: 12 feet maximum

  • Normal tolerances: +/- .003”

Roll Forming

This forming technique provides endless possibilities for large curved surfaces. Part diameter starts around 3” and can be as big as required.

  • Material thickness: .020” to .375”

  • Part size: 48” x 96” maximum

  • Normal tolerance: +/-.030”
