Our team members fabricate, weld/grind, powder coat, procure, assemble, test, and package any electro-mechanical systems. Kiosks configurations include tabletop, standalone, indoor, outdoor, stainless steel with a cosmetic finish, powder coated steel or aluminum, and many other styles. We have also worked with other products like photo booths, elevator touchpads, studio light fixtures, package lockboxes, stainless steel restroom equipment, and many other exciting products.

Assembly
Our assembly team can put together simple mechanical assembly to a complex electro-mechanical system with custom wiring and anything in between. All assembly steps are done with instructions and tested for consistency and accuracy. Please check out our project gallery for assemblies we have done in the past.
Procurement, Packaging, Shipping/Handling
We will purchase all the necessary components, from cables to display screen, to build your product. Standard and custom packaging are available. All shipments are boxed or palletized for LTL shipping and regular parcel shipping.
Testing and Certifications
Product testing and certification compliance are performed on all UL, CSA, ETL, and other certified products. We conduct Hi-Pot and continuity tests on all products before shipping. All documentation and test results are kept for factory inspections. Our factory is UL, CSA, and ETL certified.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance
All manufacturing steps are checked with first article inspection and regular quality control procedures. We log all test results and take pictures of finished products for future references. We tailor the inspection procedure for each product so it’s done efficiently and accurately.

We have in-house wiring capabilities to put together custom electrical systems.
Custom Packaging
Our engineers will design the perfect packaging for your product. We design with cardboard inserts, EPS foam, or PE foam depending on the quantity and product protection level needed. All accessories are packaged separately and incorporated within the main packaging for efficient use of material. Standard and custom size boxes are available.
