Lathe capacity:

Round bar:

Up to 8”OD x 12” length

We can hold tolerances down to 0.001”

2-axis limited at this time. We’ll be looking to expand to 5-axis in 2025

Mill capacity:

Bar and square stock:

Up to 20” x 60”+ (depending on specific characteristics)

We can hold tolerances down to 0.001”

Custom Metal Fabrication & Structural Steel capacity:

Our laser table is capable of cutting up to 5 ft x 10 ft sheet & plate with thicknesses up to 0.75” depending on material.

Our press brake has a 240-ton capacity and can bend any sheet metal that can be cut on our laser table.

Structures and assemblies up to 5000 lbs (2200 kg)

Welding capacity:

We currently have capabilities for MIG & TIG welding on Aluminum, Carbon Steel, & Stainless Steel.

We will be rolling out Nickel alloy and Laser welding capabilities in 2025. Call to inquire if this is of interest as we may have established solutions.

Engineering, Design, and Supply-Chain Support:

Our design & Engineering team has experience designing and assembling complex assembly such as rocket engines and downhole tools. This includes mechanical assemblies, tubing, and structural assemblies. Full engineering services are currently subject to availability and evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on customer requirements. Please inquire to discuss for current capacity.

We have an extensive background in supporting clients with beginning-to-end supply-chain manufacturing solutions including:
